Preparation	Produced in BALB/c mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human VEGF₁₆₅ as the immunizing antigen. This IgG1_K antibody was purified from cell culture by Protein A chromatography.
WesternBlot	To detect hVEGF₁₆₅ by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-0.50 μg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hVEGF₁₆₅ is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
Sandwich	In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100ul/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/ml of this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/ml of recombinant human VEGF₁₆₅ when used with BioGems' biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human VEGF₁₆₅ (60-342BT) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.25-1.0 μg/ml.
Neutralization	To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND₅₀] of the biological activity of Human VEGF (10 ng/ml), a concentration of ≤ 0.2 μg/ml of this antibody is required.
Formulation	A sterile filtered antibody solution was lyophilized from PBS.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
