Tissue/cell: rat brain tissue; 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded;
Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer ( 0.01M, pH 6.0 ), Boiling bathing for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% Hydrogen peroxide for 30min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum,C-0005) at 37℃ for 20 min;
Incubation: Anti-EXOC2 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(AP55066) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody(SP-0023) and DAB(C-0010) staining

Background Descriptions	The mammalian exocyst complex (sec 6/8) is a multiple protein complex essential for targeting exocytic vesicles to specific docking sites on the plasma membrane. Sec 5 is one of eight exocyst complex subunits: Sec3, Sec5, Sec6, Sec8, Sec10, Sec15, Exo70, and Exo84. Exocyst complex regulation depends upon Sec5 binding Ral in a GTP-dependent manner. Human Sec5 maps to chromosome 6p25.3.
