Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Mouse intestine); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (EGR3) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (AP58447) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.

Background Descriptions	EGR3 is a member of the early growth response transcription factor family of C2H2 zinc finger proteins (other members EGR1, EGR2 and EGR4). EGR proteins are immediate early proteins, expression of which is swiftly upregulated in response to a wide range of extracellular stimuli. EGR3 is also thought to be involved in development of muscle spindles, and is upregulated in several regions of the brain in response to stress or injury.
