Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela cell line and human ovary tissue lysate (from left to right), using DIRAS3 Antibody(Cat. #AP5892a). AP5892a was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.

This data demonstrates the use of the DIRAS3 Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
