    The Hela (H) cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10 min at r.t.) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃,the cells then were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.), followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Primary Antibody (green):Rabbit Anti-DYNLL1 antibody (AP94490,1:100); Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit IgG (AP94490). Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.

    25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with DYNLL1 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (AP94490) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.

    Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Mouse Testicles; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; The section was incubated with DYNLL1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (AP94490) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the AP94490-HRP and DAB (C-0010) staining.

Background Descriptions Cytoplasmic dyneins are large enzyme complexes with a molecular mass of about 1,200 kD. They contain two force-producing heads formed primarily from dynein heavy chains, and stalks linking the heads to a basal domain, which contains a varying number of accessory intermediate chains. The complex is involved in intracellular transport and motility. The protein described in this record is a light chain and exists as part of this complex but also physically interacts with and inhibits the activity of neuronal nitric oxide synthase. Binding of this protein destabilizes the neuronal nitric oxide synthase dimer, a conformation necessary for activity, and it may regulate numerous biologic processes through its effects on nitric oxide synthase activity. Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

StorageStore at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
