Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Hepatitis B virus infected human hepatocellular carcinoma); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (HBsAg) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (AP94833) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by A594 conjugated Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L secondary antibody (AP94833) incubation and staining.
