LYPD1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. #AP9745b) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse kidney tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the LYPD1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Function	Believed to act as a modulator of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) activity. May play a role in the intracellular trafficking of alpha-4:beta-2 and alpha-7-containing nAChRs and may inhibit their expression at the cell surface. May be involved in the control of anxiety.
