Fucosylates the reducing GlcNAc residue in complex-type N-glycans attached on the fragment crystallizable (Fc) of IgGs. Fully converts Fc glycoforms containing one or two terminal GlcNAc moieties (G0-GlcNAc and G0) (PubMed:36280670).
