Anti- Human CLDN6（ IMAB027） on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
The purity of Anti- Human CLDN6（ IMAB027）is 98.41%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
Immobilized human CLDN6 (VLP, 8 µg/mL) can bind to Anti- Human CLDN6（ IMAB027） with an EC50 of 0.001599 ug/mL.
Human CLDN6-expressing CHO cells were stained with Anti- Human CLDN6（ IMAB027）, with isotype and secondary-only controls. Flow analysis showed specific binding of the antibody, with an EC50 of 4.342 nM.
The ADCC activity of the anti- human CLDN6（ IMAB027）was evaluated using a human CLDN6-expressing luciferase reporter Jurkat cell line. Results demonstrated dose-dependent induction of ADCC, with a maximum fold increase of approximately 14.16 relative to baseline.
The internalization rate of the anti- human CLDN6（ IMAB027）in human CLDN6 HEK293 cells increased in an antibody concentration-dependent manner, reaching 60% at 1 nM.
Anti- Human CLDN6（ IMAB027） inhibited the tumor growth of OV90 on Balb/c nude mice. The result showed significant anti-tumor effects, with an tumor inhibition rate (TGI) of 50.7% at 5 mpk at D34.
