Formulation Lyophilized from a 0.22 µm filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 µg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Storage & Stability Upon receiving, the product remains stable up to 6 months at -20 °C or below. Upon reconstitution, the product should be stable for 3 months at -80 °C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Background Nectin-4 is a tumor-associated antigen. It is probably involved in cell adhesion through trans-homophilic and -heterophilic interactions. Nectin-4 is overexpressed in urothelial carcinoma and several other malignancies. It is a promising target for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).

Function Seems to be involved in cell adhesion through trans- homophilic and -heterophilic interactions, the latter including specifically interactions with NECTIN1. Plays a role in the senescence- associated cell size enlargement via SFK/PI3K/Rac1 and thus promotes senescent cell survival. Also participates in the innate immune response by acting as a ligand for the receptor TIGIT to inhibit NK- cell activity.
