Anti- Human FGFR2（ bemarituzumab） on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
Anti- Human FGFR2（ bemarituzumab） is 100%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
SNU-16 cells were stained with Anti- Human FGFR2（ bemarituzumab）, with isotype and secondary-only controls. Flow analysis showed specific binding of the antibody, with an EC50 of 0.5368 ug/mL.
The ADCC activity of anti-human FGFR2 monoclonal antibody (bemarituzumab) was evaluated using a human FGFR2-expressing HEK293 reporter cell line. Results demonstrated a robust induction of ADCC, with a maximum fold increase of approximately 25 compared to baseline.
The ADCC activity of anti-human FGFR2 monoclonal antibody (bemarituzumab) was evaluated using a KATOIII cell line. Results demonstrated a robust induction of ADCC, with a maximum fold increase of approximately 14 compared to baseline.
Anti- Human FGFR2（ bemarituzumab） inhibited the tumor growth of SNU-16 on Balb/c nude mice. The result showed significant anti-tumor effects, with an tumor inhibition rate (TGI) of 29.7% at 2 mpk at D62.
